These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lsom, a macOS application developed by Mike Zamagias ("Developer", "I", "me"). By downloading, installing, or using lsom, you agree to these Terms.
I grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use lsom on your Mac for personal or professional purposes. This license is for your individual use and does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, or share access to the software.
lsom offers a free tier with basic battery monitoring features. The Pro tier unlocks additional capabilities (DPI control, polling rate, button remapping, multi-device profiles) for a one-time payment of $14.99. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
All payments for the Pro tier are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase the Pro upgrade, your transaction is with Paddle, not directly with me. Paddle handles billing, sales tax, and payment processing. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

lsom, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Mike Zamagias. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved.
lsom is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. I do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all hardware configurations. Use of lsom is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use lsom. My total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro tier.
I may terminate or suspend your license at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must stop using lsom and delete all copies. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of lsom after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the app or website.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Heraklion, Greece.
