If you purchased lsom Pro and it's not what you expected, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

How to Request a Refund

You have two options:

• Email me directly at contact@mikezamayias.com with your purchase details, and I'll sort it out.
• Contact Paddle — since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all lsom transactions, you can also request a refund directly through them. You'll find Paddle's contact details in your purchase receipt email.

What Happens After a Refund

Once your refund is processed, your Pro features will be deactivated. You'll still have full access to the free tier — battery monitoring, low battery alerts, and automatic device detection continue to work as always.

Free Tier

The free tier of lsom requires no payment and therefore no refund policy applies. You can use it for as long as you like, at no cost.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution. Paddle handles the actual refund transaction.
